Here is information that GM provided to us:   GM DOT COM

Did you know that:

GM is environmentally minded.

GM AND THE ENVIRONMENT

There is a program called:
The Drive Vegas

According to J D Powers:
The top 3 automotive manufacturing plants in the USA were GM. J D Powers is as straight as it gets and as reliable as you are going to find.
They give honest evaluations of automotive testing.

It has been my experience over the years to see a "fanatiscm" of shameless bias from Consumers Reports. If it comes from the orient,
(according to Consumers Reports) it has to be great.

If it is made by Americans, it is awful.
I wouldn't use their rag to wrap my garbage.

     HEALTH TIPS
                 MEMORY BOOSTERS
Even when young, it is easy to forget things. Running off to the grocery store with out a list seems to generate frustration.  When you have returned home, you discover something you needed was overlooked.
As we get older, we are more inclined to forget things than we otherwise would have.
US and Japanese researchers were amazed by the memory increases displayed by rats when they were fed common blueberries.
They discovered that Blueberries were as effective as Cranberries in providing urinary tract health protection.
When it comes to humans, the studies proved just as accurate.
When as little as a half cup of blueberries were consumed every day, memory restoration was rather noticeable. It would also discourage kidney stones from forming.
During the off season, frozen bags of Blueberries can be readily obtained at your local grocery store.
A serving suggestion is to put them in brown rice after it has been cooked, oatmeal, or cream of wheat. It is then necessary (if frozen berries are used) warm them in a microwave oven for enough time to barely thaw.
They are a nice addition, scattered into a salad.
                    HEALTH BOOSTER

APPLE CIDER VINEGAR,   TEA  AND  HONEY

THIS IS NOT TO BE TAKEN AS MEDICAL ADVICE

Many years ago, a doctor in New Hampshire was intrigued by reports he had heard from around the state. He had made a point of researching the matter over a period of about 25 years.

It was a common practice in many rural areas originating from long ago about the use of tea, apple cider vinegar and honey.
The more he looked into it, the more he found the benefits to be a reliable heath booster, in many ways.
By using a cup of tea and adding one to two teaspoonfuls of apple cider vinegar, combined with one teaspoonful of honey, the very inexpensive product was complete.
Many people that used this had   plaque in their arteries, gradually dissolved and eliminated from their systems.
They were far less prone to coming down with colds.

An overall improvement with their health was distinctively apparent.
